Keisha is currently one of our longest serving customer service staff and remains committed to delivering high quality service to our members and user groups. Through her years with Casa Leisure, Keisha has branched outside of customer service at Marion to help with Vacation Care programs, regular shifts at St Clair throughout most of 2011 and more recently working between Marion and The Hub.
Keisha could be best described as a walking talking diary! No event ever escapes her and nothing gets past her. Even though this year Keisha has increased her external study commitments (nursing), as a senior CSO she remains dedicated to her job. She has been a great asset in helping train our newest staff members, offering them guidance and support. There is truly nothing in the Customer Service area that Keisha does not know; her knowledge, commitment and beautiful nature make her a pleasure to work with.
Of recent times when our staffing has been light-on, there have been many occasions Keisha has undertaken back to back shifts between Marion and The Hub. There are several notable examples in past months where Keisha has gone beyond the call of duty to support Managers and Coordinators at Marion and the Hub to ensure adequate staff were available at both centre. And remember to use caution when approaching the reception desk to ensure Keisha is practising her needle injection technique into the poor orange and not you!
