RIPPED = Resistance, Intensity, Power, Performance, Energy, Determination.

Recently we’ve seen the beginning of our new R.I.P.P.E.D. program at Marion Leisure & Fitness Centre.

RIPPED is a high intensity, variable and low impact small group personal training session producing maximum results for all involved. Trainers Matt, Jasmin and Michael are running the programs every weekday, and they have been a great success so far!

At $8 per class and only a maximum of 6 participants per class this is a perfect way to train with friends at a fraction of the cost of personal training.
