Charlie is a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ at the Seaford Recreation Centre - running sports programs, taking gym shifts, customer service and coordinating maintenance. You name, it he does it! Charlie continues to accept more responsibility at Seaford and demonstrates great commitment and enthusiasm to the Centre.
In addition to Charlie’s regular shifts at Seaford, he recently provided support for the Sunday soccer program at Marion and also assisted in moving fitness equipment between Marion and the Hub – a job not for the faint hearted.
Nominations are received each month by users or members at the Centre interacting with Charlie and the feedback from our customers is overwhelmingly positive. A recent snapshot of comments include:”a great asset to the Centre”, “Charlie is always so helpful and friendly”, “courteous every time we come to the gym” and generally the fact he always so welcoming. Good old fashioned Customer Service!
