Teal’s ‘first anniversary’ as Manager at St Clair is fast approaching – time certainly flies. It has been a sharp learning curve, and Teal has accepted every challenge along the way in performs in a highly competent manner. Teal has performed exceptionally as Manager of the Centre and continues to improve the delivery of services we offer at St Clair. Teal works well with his team, sets high standards and reinforces Casa Leisure’s values in his actions for the community.
In addition we recently received some outstanding feedback regarding Teal’s interactions from a key stakeholder at the centre, which summarises his efforts perfectly:
“..everyone within the club that interacts with Teal finds him to be professional, personable and pleasure to deal with. Teal needs to often juggle the competing demands of our needs against those of others and he manages this extremely well in a fair and even-handed manner. Teal represents your organisation in a competent and positive manner”.
The recommendation goes on to suggest Teal is deserving of recognition within Casa Leisure. We concur!
