We’ve got a selection of group fitness classes to keep you motivated and help achieve your goals – something for everyone from high intensity BodyATTACK, and muscle toning BodyPUMP and awesome freestyle classes.

The YMCA Gymnastics Club offer a wide variety of programs for all ages and skill levels, with Kindergym programs and competitive training sessions.

Want to get the kids active? Or ever wanted to learn to play soccer? We offer junior soccer clinics each Thursday night from 3.30pm. Our clinics are suitable for primary school aged children from 4-12 years. $5 per child.

Mature Movers is an affordable group exercise program designed to be delivered outside of our centre. It can be specifically tailored for your retirement home, lifestyle village, or community centre.
All our Mature Movers instructors are experienced and supportive fitness professionals, with qualifications in older adult program delivery through COTA (Council Of The Aging).
Incorporating Physical Activity into daily life can enhance the quality of life and reduce health ailments as we age. And best of all it’s never too late to start!

Are you over 50 and find you're not as strong as you used to be? Strength for Life is a registered COTA program providing over 50's an opportunity to participate in supervised, low cost strength training.
Strength training has been shown to improve muscular strength, mobility and balance in people of all ages and can alleviate the effects of some chronic conditions such as Arthritis and Type 2 Diabetes.
