Seaford Recreation Centre is quite simply something special; it’s our Gem in the South. The Centre and services continue to grow with the community; it boasts top quality equipment and a bright, fresh foyer and group fitness room and huge, airy sports halls.
The front doors lead into a bright, airy gym, with fitness-boosting cardio equipment and muscle-toning strength equipment. The group fitness room was expanded in 2011 and has plenty of space for all your favourite classes, including BodyPUMP (to tone up), Boot Camps and the mind/body session, BODYBALANCE.
Our sports halls are a hive of activity all day long. Seaford High School students use the stadiums for PE lessons by day, and by night they come alive! Netball, Soccer, Basketball, Badminton – it’s all here!
