Seaford Recreation Centre is quite simply something special! It’s our recently had the gym refurbished and is our gem in the south. Come and see your community in action.
The front doors lead into a bright, airy gym, with fitness-boosting cardio equipment and muscle-toning strength equipment.
The group fitness room has a sprung floor and plenty of space for classes, which include ever-popular BODYPUMP (to tone up) and the mind/body session, BODYBALANCE.
Sports halls and rooms are home to sports and hire groups.
