Dan Day, a member of ours, is a 19 year old part time race car driver. He trains once a week with Michael, one of our personal trainers, to help build his fitness appropriately for racing. His team DDR (Dan Day Racing) is preparing for the 2014 V8 Supercars, with the first round being the Clipsal 500 here in Adelaide. DDR are offering members of Marion Leisure & Fitness to come on board with team DDR!
