If 50 is the new 40, and 60 the new 50 and so on, there is no way the older members of our communities will want to miss out.  From competitive sports, to group fitness classes and swim sessions, the over 50s can be as active as the young 'uns.

Strength FOR LIFE 50+


Are you over 50 and find you're not as strong as you used to be?

Strength for Life programs offer over 50's an opportunity to participate in supervised, low cost strength training programs at typical fitness venues.  Strength training has been shown to improve muscular strength, mobility and balance in people of ages and can alleviate the effects of some chronic conditions such as Arthritis and Type 2 Diabetes.

Strength for Life is a registered COTA program delivering supervised exercises at all of our CASA Leisure facilities.

You’re never too old to exercise.  Our staff can tailor a gym program to suit everyone.  Dodgy knees and backs are a speciality!  We use our skills to help keep you active and keep pains away, leaving you free to enjoy life to the full.

Personal TRAINING
A helping hand never goes amiss.  Personal training with us is affordable and gives you one-on-one tuition whenever you need it.  Sessions can be at the gym, in your home or in the great outdoors.  This service is on offer at:

 

Group EXERCISE
Our Fit-4 Life and Mature Movers classes combine two important elements for you to get the most out of exercise - fun & fitness.  You would never think exercise could be so much fun!

This one hour class is designed to be completed at you own pace, regardless of your level of fitness.  Our wonderful instructors help you work out in the circuit room with strengthening and cardiovascular exercises.  The light-paced class also incorporates mobility and stretching components.
